Real estate has always been part of my life. Growing up in a family rooted in the industry, I developed an early appreciation not just for property, but for the business behind it—how strategy, discipline, and strong relationships drive real results. That mindset was reinforced through collegiate golf at Tiffin and Cedarville Universities, where preparation, consistency, and accountability were non-negotiable.
 
I began my career in commercial and residential development before joining Auction Ohio, where I play an active role in finance and operations. I later earned both my real estate license and auctioneer’s license, allowing me to combine traditional real estate expertise with the efficiency and transparency of the auction method of sale. I’m especially passionate about farmland and land, multifamily properties, and unique or as-is assets that require creativity, strong marketing, and a strategic plan.
 
My wife and I live in the Delaware–Radnor area, where we enjoy life on our small farm and staying involved in the local community. I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything, and I bring that mindset into every transaction and relationship—focused on integrity, efficiency, and doing the next right thing for the people I work with.
