Real estate has always been part of my life. Growing up in a family rooted in the industry, I developed an early appreciation not just for property, but for the business behind it—how strategy, discipline, and strong relationships drive real results. That mindset was reinforced through collegiate golf at Tiffin and Cedarville Universities, where preparation, consistency, and accountability were non-negotiable.
 
I began my career in commercial and residential development before joining Auction Ohio, where I play an active role in finance and operations. I later earned both my real estate license and auctioneer’s license, allowing me to combine traditional real estate expertise with the efficiency and transparency of the auction method of sale. I’m especially passionate about farmland and land, multifamily properties, and unique or as-is assets that require creativity, strong marketing, and a strategic plan.
 
My wife and I live in the Delaware–Radnor area, where we enjoy life on our small farm and staying involved in the local community. I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything, and I bring that mindset into every transaction and relationship—focused on integrity, efficiency, and doing the next right thing for the people I work with.

In December 2024 our realtor was approached by Will Evans of Auction Ohio to list our investment property through their auction process. We met with Auction Ohio and listed our property with what we agreed was a fair but low reserve price. The process was explained to us that the buyer would be responsible for the 10% commission fees. Our unique property had been on the market for several months and in and out of contract several times. On January 4th it was tuned over to Will Evans of Auction Ohio to move through their 30 day auction process. Auction Ohio immediately began their advertising and marketing, mailing out fliers, promoting on their website, posting on numerous social media platforms and scheduling several open houses. He was in constant contact with us as to the progress and interest of potential buyers. As the auction date approached, we had quite a few bids and thousands of views on line. The final days before the auction there wasn't much activity. Will assured us saying that "auction means action" and that bidding could get very competitive at the final minutes. We told ourselves that we needed to be thankful that we had already went several thousand over our reserve. The night the auction was to close we were very anxious. Will was right, with about 5 minutes left, several potential buyers started bidding against each other. The bidding went well past the deadline. The final bid not only more than doubled our reserve, it was more than any price that we were in contract for!! This was an experience like no other and we are so happy that Will Evans and Auction Ohio represented us throughout the entire process. Their knowledge, marketing, advertising, and professionalism made everything from listing through closing a positive experience.
